1. Quotes
- All Quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are based on information provided by the customer at the time.
- Additional charges may apply if the volume of waste or work required differs significantly.
2. Payment
- Payment is due immediately on completion unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods are cash or card, card machine is provided on site for ease.
3. Access
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Additional charges may apply if access is restricted.
4. Hazardous Materials
- We do not remove Asbestos, Chemicals, Clinical Waste, Explosives, Paint, Oil or other hazardous materials.
5. Cancellations
- 48 hours notice requested if not we will charge 50% of quote.
- If access it not granted on the agreed date and time we will charge the full amount quoted to you.
- Any deposits are Non-Refundable.
6. Ownership of items
- Customers confirm they have the legal right to dispose of items being removed.
7. Waste Disposal
- Waste is transported and disposed of in accordance with Environment Agency Regulations.

8. Liability
- Reasonable care will be taken during all clearances.
- Liability is limited to the value of work undertaken.
